Couldn’t-fit-into-2-minutes advice:
To create a Facebook page that has consistent engagement you need to create Facebook page posts that your ideal client wants to see. In order to understand your ideal client I recommend creating a client avatar. You can find more information on client avatars here.
Once you understand your ideal clients, their pain points (the real reason why they buy jewelry), and how having one of your jewelry pieces will make them feel, it’s much easier to create engaging Facebook posts.
If you aren’t sure what their pain points are there are a few ways to find out. One is to look at the Facebook page of a jewelry designer with a similar style and look at the comments section to see what people are saying. Why do they like the jewelry. If you already have an established page, look at your own Page comments. Another way is to interview some of your customers and ask them what they like about your jewelry, how it makes them feel, etc. For instance, depending on what type of jewelry you make and your marketing, you might find that they want to feel connected to the earth, or they want to feel unique, etc.
Create content that speaks to those needs. If your jewelry makes them feel connected to the earth them take a selfie of you wearing a necklace while walking in the woods and then invite them to share a selfie of them outside, or talk about which tree inspired which bracelet, etc.
