Introverts’ small group coaching: making friends while being authentic

Introverts aren’t the only people who have a hard time making friends.

But, we do have challenges that are specific to our temperament. Despite the introvert myths, we want friends. But, our natural tendency towards solitude (and the siren call of Netflix) can make it very hard to find and keep friends.

And it can be particularly hard to get past loneliness alone.

If you’re ready to change your situation, and want to tap into the insights of your fellow introverts (and contribute to their wellbeing), then this group coaching program is for you.

Starting Sunday September 13th, for 3 months you and three other people, under a life coach’s guidance, will support each other as you begin to make friends authentically as an introvert.

Just a few of the things we’ll be talking about is where to find potential friends, how to show up authentically, and how to be resilient. Through the group you’ll get accountability, insights, camaraderie and tips.

The sessions are 60 minutes each and they take place twice a month for three months. This group is limited to 4 people.

Dates for small group coaching:
Sunday September 13th, 1pm-2pm Pacific Time
Sunday September 27th, 1pm-2pm Pacific Time
Sunday October 11th, 1pm-2pm Pacific Time
Sunday October 25th, 1pm-2pm Pacific Time
Sunday November 8th, 1pm-2pm Pacific Time
Sunday November 22nd, 1pm-2pm Pacific Time
The cost is $210 for the entire program, that breaks down to only $35 per session (my one-to-one life coaching sessions are about 3 times that).

Please reply to this post for more information. I could link to a sign-up page, but I want to personally make sure everyone in this small group is on the same page before signing up.

One-to-one coaching is also available around making friends, but with group coaching you’ll be able to tap into the experiences, tips, and wisdom of your fellow introverts.

I’m really excited you’re considering this, I want my fellow introverts to have a bigger life, and for most people that means having friends who are there to support you.

p.s. If you’re interested but can’t make the dates and times shown please let me know, I may be able to schedule a second group.
