The holidays are a busy time for everyone, and a stressful time for most, but introverts have the added challenge of trying to balance taking part in holiday traditions and family time with getting enough alone time.

Are you tired of having a stressful holiday season? Not sure how to cope with parties and crowds and family? Are you ready to have a holiday season that feels right, not overwhelming?

The Holiday Survival group coaching is open to 6 introverts who want:

*A comfortable life that fits

*A holiday season with less stress
*The holidays to be a jumping off point for a better 2016
*A safe place to ask questions

*To be confident in their introversion

*A place to help and support other introverts who are going through a similar process

We may be discussing:
*Quick ways to get your energy back during a work party
*How to politely decline a party in a way that feels authentic to you
*How to deal with family members who are determined to not understand you
*How to confidently talk about introversion

Now, I say we “may be discussing” those topics because these group coaching sessions are about you and your fellow coachees’ issues, so there may be more pressing we’ll want to talk about.

Before I really started learning about introversion and how it showed up in my life I tried to “keep up” with my more extroverted family members. A full day with the family may have started pleasant, but ended up with me being super grumpy at everyone because I had no energy left. By learning to listen to my energy needs, and not apologize for these needs, I helped make the holidays more pleasant for everyone.

Now I know what I need to stop the grumpiness, and I want to help you embrace your authenticity and find a meaningful life that fits, and that includes both understanding your own needs and showing up authentically with your family and coworkers.

While I will be sharing my own experiences and tips, this is really about helping you discover your own authentic way of being.

Group coaching does involve sharing your challenges and experiences with the group, but I give you a heads up on what we’ll be discussing and some of the questions I’ll be asking. Why? Because this group is specifically for my fellow introverts, and I know we like to do some our thinking ahead of time. And to those of you who may not enjoy talking in front of a group – my voice still shakes when I talk to a group, and it’s likely that your fellow group members may be like you and me.

Holiday Survival group coaching will take place over four weeks, on Tuesdays at 9pm Eastern time starting November 17th. Each session lasts one hour. We’ll be talking on Google Hangout. Being on video is purely optional.

$65 USD. That’s less than $17 a week!

It also includes a private Facebook group for support between the group coaching sessions, and into the holiday season.
