Why Focus Sessions?
Have you ever gone to a coffee shop and noticed that you got a lot more done, but wished the music wasn’t so loud, or that it wasn’t so distracting? I’m an introvert too, so I’ve made sure you don’t have to worry about any of that in our Focus Sessions.
You’re working silently alongside other introverts. You get the same sense of productivity as in a cafe, but in the comfort of your own home. Choose whether you want the camera on for an extra sense of accountability (we can see you if you’re checking Facebook 😂) or keep it turned off. Totally up to you!

I’m a marketing coach for introverts, and over the past 5 years I’ve helped hundreds of introverts build an authentic business.
I’ve attended in-person and online coworking events and experienced how transformative it is for productivity… until an extrovert wanted to chat when I just wanted to get work done!

Somehow knowing we were all silently working together helped me to easily focus and complete a challenging client job that had been nagging at me for a while. What a relief! I’m looking forward to the next coworking day!
