“Do you have a second?”
{I’ll just check Facebook for 5 minutes…}

There are so many distractions and small tasks that are a part of our everyday lives – from beeping phones to buying only one item at a grocery store – which are taking away the time we need to relax and unwind.

And as introverts we need downtime.

In about the same amount of time it takes you to get a mocha at a busy Starbucks, each weekday for four weeks I’ll be guiding you through taking back your downtime.

And something you’ll get from this course that you won’t get from reading a time-management book or the majority of the productivity classes out there – accountability. We’ll be holding weekly check-ins. And if you can’t make it to a check-in, I welcome people to email me directly. I created this course for people who need help, and I want this course to make a difference in your life.

I provide you with the prompts, tools, and knowledge to stop your everyday life from sabotaging your downtime. You bring the motivation to change.

And one of the great things about this course is that it’s delivered by email! Super busy one day and can’t do the worksheet exercises? That’s ok, the email will still be in your inbox for a later date.

I was once where you are

I must have tried 30 different productivity and to-do list apps and techniques. I tried making lists on post-it notes and on dry erase boards. I developed mantras. I made a vision board. I read books and countless articles about productivity.

But I still felt like I wasn’t “productive” enough.

My life is different now. It’s a lot less stressful. It’s more peaceful. And I want you to have that transformation because I know how completely soul-sucking it is to not feel like you can’t stop and enjoy life.

This class is best for…

People who are overwhelmed, who feel like they have little control over their lives, little idea of where their time is going, or are operating on autopilot.

You also have the option of attending live check-ins once a week. It’s a great way to find out any tips from your fellow learners, and it’s a place to get accountability.

… I’m finally making some progress. I’ve struggled with this for a long time. -L. Ross

I had no concept of downtime. This course did an excellent job explaining what that was, why we need it and how to get it. -Laura F.

[The] most useful information was how much time has been spent on timeless, mindless tasks each day. With the newly “found” free time I am better able to spend it on activities that will help me re-charge each day. Especially after stressful days at work. -Paul B
