Personalized Time Audit

Woman looking at a clockDo you need extra time in your day? Except for hiring an assistant to do everything for you, a time audit is the next best way to get back your time.

Like in a financial audit, I inspect the evidence regarding your time use and then use my excellent pattern-finding skills. After I conduct the time audit, I send you a personalized report with suggestions, and then we schedule a 45 minute session to discuss the results.

The documents I look at are one week’s worth of “time tracking.” Time tracking is a paper or electronic method to record what you are doing at hourly intervals. It’s likely that you’re so familiar with your “time wasters” that they seem normal and necessary. As an independent outsider I’ll be able to see your unproductive tasks as unproductive tasks.

For instance, I may notice that you go to Target or Walmart every-other day for a “quick” run to the store, not realizing that instead of 5 minutes, the trips actually take 15 once you factor in parking. My suggestion would be that you keep a two-month supply of household items (and provide you with a list of items to stock up on) to keep these quick runs to a minimum. Or, I may notice that you check social media every 30 minutes, right after you finish another task on the computer. I’ll provide you with a link to a app that can block social media for a certain amount of time, and provide you with a list of quick productive tasks you could do instead of checking social media. Then I would work with you one-on-one to create your own list of quick tasks.

Only $125 for a personalized report and a 45 minute one-on-one session with me.
