Hi my fellow introverts.

Have you ever thought “I’ve run a game on everybody, and they’re going to find me out.”

Or “I can’t do this; I’m a fraud.”

So have Nobel Laureate Maya Angelou and Kate Winslet, the authors of the above quotes.

Imposter Syndrome is so incredibly normal, but it can make us feel completely alone and isolated. I know this first hand because the Imposter Syndrome sneaks up on me all.the.time.

I don’t have all the answers on how to avoid imposter syndrome, I only have a few techniques that have helped me feel a little bit better. Inspired by a discussion hosted by Amy Walsh, let’s have an informal chat about how completely normal this feeling is.

But this informal chat isn’t going to be about me.

It’s going to be about all of us coming together to share and learn from each other so that feeling like an imposter doesn’t have to stand in the way of us creating the business that we crave.
