Sorry! This workshop is no longer offered!

According to a study by Gallup “The more hours per day adults use their strengths, the more likely they are to report having ample energy, feeling well-rested, being happy, smiling or laughing a lot, learning something interesting, and being treated with respect.”

It would be awesome if we could all use our strengths for 8 hours a day. But I have the feeling that a lot of my fellow introverts aren’t even aware of their strengths.

If you’re anything like I was a few years ago, and many introverts I currently come across online, you may know more about your weaknesses as an introvert rather than your strengths, whether unique to you or common to many introverts.

This free half-hour online workshop (a pre-recorded video with an accompanying worksheet, and an opportunity to ask me questions live) discusses the top three introverted strengths.

You’ll learn:
+ How these top three strengths are already present in your work, relationships, and life.
+ Insights by two introvert experts
+ What I look like when I’m trying to remember what I’m supposed to say
+ Tips to incorporate these three strengths even more in your day-to-day.

I’d like my fellow introverts to have a better life through capitalizing on their strengths instead of trying to compensate for weaknesses.

When: January 25th at 6pm Pacific time, 9pm Eastern.
Where: A video, made just for you, will be shown online!

Can’t make that time? You’ll have access to the recording for a week.

The worksheet will include insights by Pat Weber and Brenda Knowles!
